The Process of Production
From start to finish, no company helps you through the production process easier than we do.
“Who are you?” and “What products do you sell or services do you offer?”
Before we can help sell you to the public, we feel it's best to hear you talk about your business.
The most passionate believers in your company are you and your leadership team. We would like to help you share that passion with your potential customers.
After we get to know you better, and we have a good idea of the message you want to spread, we begin writing your commercial script.
We need to plan how the script is delivered and by whom.
Are we going to need to use on-camera talent, or an off-camera voice-over? How many actors or voice-over artists will be needed?
Is a location shoot necessary, or is it better to create a fully digital, graphics based video presentation?
These and other questions need to be answered before any production should begin.
With everything planned, we now begin producing all the content that will be seen and heard in your new video message.
The voice-over is recorded. The location shoots are filmed. The graphics and logos you have on hand are delivered to us and modified to video-friendly formats.
All new digital graphics and chyron titles are created.
Depending on the amount and complexity of these elements, expect production to take roughly a day to acquire or create. However, the live shoot should take no more than a couple of hours.
This is where everything comes together and can at times require the greatest amount of time.
At this point, we are assembling the video, graphics, titles, music, narrations, animations, sound effects, and visual effects into one complete, time sensitive message.
Remember, a thirty second commercial has to be exactly thirty seconds long.
Every TV station requires a different version of the final commercial.
You would think that with the entire process going digital that everything would become universal, but instead everything became more diluted.
Luckily, this will not be a headache that you will have to endure. We know every station's requirements and we guarantee that no matter who you advertise with your commercial will be delivered on time and in a compliant format. The same goes for internet distribution.
Plus, Direct Digital Video will keep all files on hand for re-delivery for future campaigns, and will deliver them digitally to whomever you desire at no additional cost.
